I went out this morning for 45 mins before work to the same spot from Friday. I worked a very small 15' x 15' area and got 4 more Sharps! I also dug my first Flat Based Sharps, all i need now is the Ringtailed and i'll about have all the Sharp varieties! Dug some "camp" lead from one hole where i was getting a loud Iron signal, it was these two iron hooks? Don't know what they are but were in the same hole with CW relics so i'm guessing there from that era? Thanks for looking and HH!

Looks like ya had a great 45 min. Hunt.congrats.I found some hooks that looked like that mine had either one or two holes towards the top.I to don't know what they were either.

nice lookin' lead .

Iron looks like parts of S hooks , used to hang kettles over a campfire . I've seen bent or pulled apart chain links used for the same purpose .
