45 Minutes in K-Town

after Worrying all Night Because yesterday My Detector shut off for dead batteries,
and I changed them and maybe 3 minutes later it Shut off for Dead Batteries.
and continued to Shut off every 3 minutes I worried it wasn't the Batteries.

Changed them again.
and Tried to Beat the Heat & Humidity today but Didn't work.
at least it stayed on the entire 45 Minutes, So I guess I was carrying Dead Batteries for Backup all these days.

clouds were scattered, but was very hard to breathe in the heat.
Clouds started Getting Less & Less, So that was that.
Didn't want Heat Stroke.

Spent my time in the Un-mowed grass.
hit several Fresh Drops there.

That's one reason I never use rechargeable batteries. When they go....they GO!

Also, if one keeps charging them up before they've discharged enough to be charged, they hold less and less of a charge. Not to mention that they start out *BELOW* what a good regular battery starts out, when they're fully charged! (You might put a couple of those old rechargeables on a load and cause them to *completely* unload and then recharge until full. Might help fix them. Just a thought.)
