As 11 mm translates to .43 caliber it could be a .43 Spanish or .43 Egyptian or .43 Mauser (11x60mm)

Adding to what Charlie_P. told you... there are many "modern era" cast lead bullets which have 3, 4, or 5, or even 6 body-grooves. You can view some of them, listed in order of their caliber, at the following link. Note, there's more than one page of them. The company even sells bulletmolds so Blackpowder shooters can cast their own bullets.
