55? cents on first 2006 hunt

It's a bit frustrating seeing good targets 6" down and only being able to dig a half inch in most areas. But I did get out on my first real hunt for the year. We've still got 8" of snow on the ground, but I found a place 30 miles away that is relatively snow free. Alaska is wierd like that... Nabbed 55? cents and a bit of seasonal irony.

Thanks guys... We've got a few inches of snow forecasted for tomorrow, so good thing I got out when the gettin' was good. Our TH season will most likely begin in about a month.
