6000DI/pro sl and headphones

Ive got a 6000DI pro SL and just purchased the Whites Royal GT head phones, I was told when I ordered them I would have sound from both side, I only get it from the left.
Anyone have the same problem? Somthing not right of was I misinformed?
anyway of getting to both ears if so?

Wrong Type Headphones.

I don't remember if the 6000's were Stereo or Mono,
but apparently the Opposite of what you have.

Do the Phones have a Stereo / Mono Switch ?

My 5900 does the same thing. Pull the plug out a little. I get both sides that way. Not sure if the head phones or the detector is faulty.
