Just got back from the bank (it is my lunch hour).

I brought 3 rolls out of the box into work with me...the ones wif a silver half on the end.

Here is what I found:

1 1964
5 1967
4 1968-D

One of the 1968-Ds and one 1967 are in really great shape. Almost no ciruclation marks, and kinda shiny.
On the other end of the spectrum, one of the 1968-Ds is kinda messed up, tarnished with some kind of worn red stain (looks rusty in color) in spots on both sides.

If I find nothing else in the box, I am happy. I got almost as many in 3 rolls as I got last time in my entire box.

;D

Edit: Could not resist, ran out the the vehicle and got another 3 rolls. Came up with a single 1968-D.

Tonight will be fun. Sit around going through halves while the dog bugs me to play with him.

Those are great results! Why do I get the feeling you'll run out once more to the car? :) Don't let anyone see you doing this though. Hate for your car to get broken into. And make sure to leave some time for your doggie!

Amazing! Just since I've been on TNet, it sounds like there has literally been hundreds of dollars worth of silver reclaimed from circulation. Unbelieveable!

LOL! I resisted the urge this afternoon to run out to the car again.

Just got done......

Final results:

4 - 1964
3 - 1966
17 - 1967 (2 of them are especially shiny & clean)
15 - 1968D (2 of them are especially shiny & clean)
2 - 1969D

Total: 4 90%, 37 40%

Looked at many 1974Ds. Not a one is DDO.

The front left 4 in the photo are the 1964s. The right front 4 are the "shiny & kleen" halves. The others are the usual suspects.
Backed up by some heavy-duty reading material and a relevant movie haha....
