8 1/2" Bracelet 18K/925, 4 diamonds; Jewelers Mark ID help

Found this heavy bracelet today and sure had my heart going for a bit! But only 18K Plated Sterling, still nice but it was really good looking for a bit!

What I can't prove via the jewelers mark is Who made it? Any ideas?
