85 means LC

[McCDig]

When you're working a farm field and hearing iron and the occasional mid-tone, the solid high-tone ringing "85" is the exception.
It got my attention this afternoon, and 7 inches down, there was an 1819 large cent, my fourth of 2017.
Other relics recovered today were a musketball and two flat buttons. Great weather day, following a cold end of the week.

Thx Trezurehunter! Only two of the four LCs have been close together. Two from the east side, one from the middle and the most recent one from the west side of the farm.
