Yeap, if its circa 23mm, if its nearer 27mm its a Groat.

S1573-78 (most likely), but I'm a little unsure on the Initial Cross which seems to be 'Cross 3' - 1356-61


PS. - S1578

However, if the Initial cross is 'Cross potent' then its a S1620. The crosses are very similar looking in the photo
