Hunting along the California coast, I found the larger of these two rings. It was getting dark and the tide was effecting the dig as each scoop filled up with water. After several scoops, I was able to dig the larger ring prior to the hole being covered with tide water. Getting too dark to hunt further, I headed home. I cleaned up the ring and was surprised to see the 925 stamp and the turquoise stone. The next day at low tide, I went back to the same spot and to my surprise, I hit another silver scale score within 12” of the earlier find. It was a similar 925 turquoise ring. Of course I have revisited several times, only finding a few ferrous objects. A fun two days of hunting.
