Well let's see. After getting my senior discount last week,
I threw my back out and had to take it easy for a while. Hey, the ground was too dry to hunt anyway, right? After the rain today, I had a bunch of things I had to do, and when I was finished, I stopped at a grove for a quick hunt before rush hour traffic built up. I just had to get out for a bit - you know the feeling!
About a half hour into it, I got a 34 Merc. She was sitting in the plug just inside the tip, and when I broke the tip off, there she was:

Well, I can't leave just when the fish start biting, so I pressed on and dug an iffy signal. When I flipped the plug over, a 43 Merc was stuck to the bottom of it.

Then a while later, a 46 Rosie was right there in the dirt when I lifted the plug out.

Seems the ones I had to fish around for were the wheats. Here's the goods:

I think I overdid it by staying too long, but I was having fun! Rush hour came and went before I left for home. Thanks for checking out my post and HH!!!
