The corner lot has been abandoned for the time being.......it was time for new dirt to dig. I've had limited time for hunting this month. Only four short outings so far. Consequently, the keepers have been slow in coming...........

This is the total number of keepers (not counting a few wheats). The earring is silver, the Buff shows a "4" and the Nixon token is from a 2000 Sunoco collection.

But, today I garnered 3 silvers from a new permission that will take a few days to get through and a small local park..........

A 3 silver (of any kind) day for me is a "wohoo!" kinda day! The wheat is toast, the silver nickel is a '44 P, the Washington '52 S, the ring has a tiny frog........
The oddity is the solid stainless steel ball. It was uncovered several feet behind the CF fence of a LL field and appears to have baseball stitching etched into it. Perhaps an award left behind? Looks too large to be a bearing...........

Thanks for lookin' in and best of luck to all on your hunts!!

Congratualtions on the nice hunt! :occasion14:

Congrats on your finds and the permission. Very unusual silver ring.....when kissed turns into a charming prince :)

About half of my hunts are on permissions, McCDig. Some are very large.
But, if I'm kissing that frog, there better be a princess.........um, scratch that........my wife would either shot me or take away my detectors!!

Break that Vaquero out yet Chuck? Super finds buddy, Congrats! :headbang::hello2::occasion14:

Yes and no, Terry. I used it with the new B's at the end of March on the corner lot. But, the old headphones bit the dust and I've been using the B's with the Compadre. The sounds are different and there's a bit of a learning curve. Still, I'm easily getting 6 to 8 inches in this moist soil. I'll break out the Vaquero tomorrow on this new permission.
