A big day in silver/Strange hallmark help?

Good afternoon everyone, I had great day at the local thrift stores. The salt spoons are marked sterling and are 1.95 toz, the single candlestick has 1964 swedish hallmarks, probably a good 2 toz. I got a very large candelabra, but the hallmarks stump me. Pretty sure it is some sort of silver, but it'd be nice to know the origin. Anyone seen them before? Plus nice old frame with original glass and hardware. Thanks everyone
