Got out today at the 1790s courthouse site. The owner bulldozed a bunch of trees, completely opening up the area. I've been here many times before and thought i cleared it out. Boy was I wrong......

Got a couple of tombacs including 2 with beautiful decoration. An infantry eagle button and a few plain flat buttons.

3 coins: 1700s George III Irish halfpenny, as well as a dateless large cent and a completely blank copper.

COINgratulations!

You got my attention with the ''a bunch of 1700's coins and buttons''. Great finds! Congratulations!

Nice finds. Old stuff! Blank copper is frustrating.

You’ve made some very good finds! Congratulations!

The larger machine turned tombac is a design I haven’t seen - very nice one!

That is really nice. I especially like the dandy button. A few sites I have tried this year had been hammered in the past, so didn't get much. Nice to get the buttons.

Nicely done! Really nice buttons and coppers, congrats and HH
