A couple cool relics today

I am not hitting the old coins but I was glad to find these.
Hit an old park today and found this vintage 1930s A.C. Williams Fat Cop Blue Cast Iron Motorcycle. He is a bit rough but I am liking the look.

Also found what appears to be an old fishing weight

Also a bit of gold

1-20 14K gold filled PAT. PEND.

Possibly part of a watch band or bracelet.
I search the pat. Number but found no results.
Also this tag with no stamping. Maybe a blank dog tag.
