A couple interesting relics

I got out for a few hours and dug up these 2 items. I think this might be to a powder flask but I might be wrong. The top says London.








This other relic is interesting. I can't find any information on it.

I think your on the right track but its not a medal. It almost looks like the front of one of those slide belts.
