I went out early this a.m. to a spot that was calling me to detect. I spent two hours there and found the sterling heart along with some clad. I used the Minelab musky for that place. After that I went to the hammered Silver Park. I ground balanced the X5 and started listening for the deep ones. Tons of old style pulltabs as usual but in between them I found a toasted 1860 indianhead at 8+ inches. Alittle more clad as well along with the religious medal. I look over to where the swings used to be and see that someone cleared out about 10' X 60' or more of brush that was in an unhuntable area. Still a bit hard to swing due to the brush stubble, but was still able to manage a 1945-S quarter and the Tootsie car. A 1939 Mercedes. I needed a silver fix and got it. Next weekend
(weather permitting) it's back to the fields.

I had forgot all about the Tnet auto show. I gotta get my cars together.
Thanks, Mike

Way to take advantage of a previously un-huntable spot, Mike! It paid off!
