Back to the courthouse site I've been pounding for about 2 years. It keeps on producing even when I'm convinced it's picked clean!!

First time out since the ground thawed. Managed a couple of 1830s Canadian bank tokens. One has a ship on the obverse and says "ships colonies commerce" on the other side. 2nd one is a really nice "un sous" lower Canada bank token.

Also came across a nice tombac button. Love the decorated ones...

Decent haul from this site overall [emoji2][emoji2] 20190419_183751.webp20190419_183732.webpIMG-20190419-WA0005.webp20190419_184243.webp20190419_184320.webp

You have certainly found lots of goodies from the old courthouse. That's awesome you can achieve that kind of success. Congrats!

Killer site, congrats! :occasion14:

The inscription refers to the famous statement made by Napoleon in 1811 that ships, colonies and commerce were the three British advantages that would defeat him in the end.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Quite the dream dite- Congrats! Here's hoping the well never runs dry!!

Amazing finds I'll tell ya just swinging from a different direction can produce a signal that might not have come from the other direction plus weather so many variables swing speed I've noticed going super slow swing picks up many coins I missed previously lol Well done

Thanks, yeah I dont know if the frozen ground jostled some things around or if I just wasnt going slow enough in the past. They were both in an area I've been over at least 20 times

Try swinging at 1/3 speed you will be shocked at the things you find. I notice many times in hu nted out spots I have a pace and it seems to spped up the less I find lol
