It's the same here. Hit and miss. There are still quite a few spots where the ground is still frozen and undiggable.

Awesome dude! Congrats!

You can dig ground! My prayers to our Canadian neighbors who are still dealing with snow & frozen ground.
I will get out Sunday, the first time since Dec 2! Looking forward to it!!!!

Looks like a fun day. Love those places that are packed with plenty of targets.

Looks like a great day of digs I always enjoy digging up good ole pocket change helps pay for the batteries for the year

Nice digs. The ring looks nice.

Nothing great to show off but I had a fun day, dodging rainfall. Three wheaties and a 18KI H.G.E. ring. The rest is modern coinage and I passed over 90% of the penny targets. I'll go back and get them another day...heh. Thanks for looking.

HGE = heavy gold electroplate ? Please show us some close pictures of the ring cleaned up, if you have the time rodarian :icon_thumleft:

Yes, sadly it is, heavy gold electroplate. At first, all I saw was "18KT" then I saw it wasn't a "T" and saw that it was an "I", then I was able to make out the "H.G.E." Needless to say I was a little disappointed at that point but it was still a ring. There is a makers mark that looks to be in the shape of a diamond with the letter "V" inside it. I'll try to get some close up pics.

she's a little worse for the wear but here are the close ups.
