On this day, it was pottery and a pre-form. This piece of pottery stands out to me because of the pattern. The majority of pieces I find have no pattern. I also like this pre-form. I like the red color it has, not to mention it's cool wondering what they had in mind for it.

That pottery is called cord marked. They wrapped it with cord before they fired it. Gary

Thanks Shorewalker, I have a site that produces a ton of smaller pottery pieces like this. Like I mentioned, this is by far the best design piece I have found.
