A Few Finds From This Week ... 1936 D Buffalo

Had a chance to hunt a couple of evenings after work. Was able to pull two silver rosies 1947 & 1964. I love the shine of silver against that dark soil. Got a 1936 D Buffalo, I think he has normal legs not the rare 3 1/2 variety. http://coins.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleNo=388&lotIdNo=105011
And three Wheats 1920, 1930 & 1945. Found an old pocket knife and a "live" pistol round. Also two sports cars. I also found a lead weight of some sort and a cabinent knob along with a hand full of clad and a pouch full of trash and junk. HH

The "3-legged" variety is the 1937-D, not the 1936.

Yes, they ring in just like a quarter. But they make me smile as I think of how many I lost as a kid.
