Cool digs! What is that in the first pic? Kinda looks like one of those pop cap rockets... Is that silver in the last pic?

Great find on that rocket. In my younger years we would put 2-3 caps in to make a louder noise. Fun things to play with.

Cool cap rocket! Couldn't have those now a days, some kid could get hurt! LOL Cool finds!

Like some others are noting its a cap rocket.... and yes kids these days would most likely get hurt using it plus the physcological damage even owning one would cause lol. I am ashamed to admit on the last pic I dont know for sure if it is silver or not. There is no markings on it. I am thinking most possible sterling if anything possibly decorative if anything.

Careful Outdoorgirl, I'm an old thing! (Just Kidding). ;) Nice finds Fatboy!

Cool cap rocket!

Cool finds, that first pic takes me back to my childhood a cap rocket!! I haven't seen those in years WTG 8)

Cap rocket is cool, had several when I was a kid, might still be laying around Mom's garage somewhere. HH, Mike

yo Fatboy

From the land of the Bluenose.....great finds. I too found a cap rocket this year and it sure brought back childhood memories. Thanks for the post and happy hunting!

I remember the first cap rockets I had were made of cast pot metal, but the later ones had plastic fins. Looks like you have one of the older ones. Good artifact to hang on to. Monty

Thanx every one !

the flights on the Cap rocket are some type of metal.

I took the decorative plate to a jeweler in town, it is Sterling Silver.

Still havent found out much on the fork, will keep digging!

Thanks again

HH
