A few odd items to ID!

I found these items on an 1800's site - pics 1, 2 and 3 are pasted together in the last pic - thanks for looking!!!

The item with the copper wires is a brush from an electric motor or generator, the brass thing with the arm on it is a window latch, The knurled brass knob on a steel shaft is from a gas blow torch or other gas operated device. Other pics are not clear enough to determine. Latch could be 1800s or a lot newer, the other two are obviously newer.

Could you take a picture of the other side of the part shown in the last photo or is it just flat?
