A few things from today

Went out in the yard for a little bit and found a few things I want to keep --and of course a few old round nails for scrap. The most notable a 1920 buffalo nickel, followed by a busted sterling silver ring (it says sterling on whats left of the inside band) and a 38 wheat penny. I'm not sure what the other lead looking items are though --anyone have any idea? The one looks button-like but I have no idea...
