Yet again I'm totally lost to what these could be I metal detect in hertfordshire, England however I'm fairly new to this and new all the help I can get so please help friendly people

The glass piece and the other with it in the same picture might have been wax stamp seals for letters.Pour hot wax on back of letter then press into, leaves that stamp embossed into the wax, early security to make sure no one else read except who it was intended for.
Your S button, marked as made by Firmin & Sons is a livery button, from what I find; ANTIQUE LIVERY BUTTON~ GOTHIC LETTER 'S' in BELT~ MO (01/03/2012)...
That's not the best example, given that it's an unknown seller's description, but I believe it's correct. There are small portions of the back mark I can't make out, but its one of theirs from the late 19th-early 20th century.
