I couldn't resist! I was in the front yard working on my Christmas lights (replacing some bulbs) when I noticed a "treasure" lying in the yard. Well, when I picked it up I thought; hey, if there's one surely there's some more. Sure enough, there was another! Both are Series 2003A of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Yep, I found two....count 'em...two dollar bills :o

I admit this is really no big deal; just felt a bit "impish" this evening ;D

That's pretty cool wes, I had a similar thing happen to me last week at work while I was walking to my car. I found four one dollar bills scattered on the pavement close to the curb. It's pretty amazing what a person can find while not swinging our detector. It still adds up to lost and found again. Continued Success and HH.

I live along a state highway and every so often I find bank envelopes
in the ditch with money in them. Serves them right for throwing their
trash out the car window.

It's the Lucky "777's" on that one. Congrats!

Man, I wish it were snowing dollar bills in MY yard. ;D Very nice. It sure beats having to dig up 200 pennies. ;)
Congrats,
MM

Nice.....that's a lot easier than diggin' up 200 cruddy pennies! ;)

Ooopss.....ModernMiner already said that.....but I'm agreeing with him! ::) ::)

Lady Luck be smiling on ya.

AMEN BROTHA!!!

As they say, where there's one, there's usually more, especially with cash blowing around the ground. Congrats and happy holidays!

I think, If I found 2dollars I wouldnt dig any pennies for the day:). Naaaa... I would have to dig them up, because then I would be thinking I passed up some wheats or maybe some IH's.

Anyways.. any money is a good find to me. ;D

heck, if it keeps blowing into the yard I'm gonna hang up the detector and shovel and just sit on the swing with a basket and wait for the wind to blow! ::)

Hey Wes

If there are two then there might be more... better get that basket ready for sure.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your find(s) and your humor.

well folks leave money in the little bank packets and drive down the road --- when they rolled down the windows at 60 mph whoosh --out it goes --sucked clean off the dash --- if its night they might not even know till later --- had to take a sharp turn once rather quickly to avoid a nit wit -- the rapid shift made my wallet fly out the open window --lucky I saw it and got it back right away ... Sounds like it's blowing now!! :o :o :o

Hey,, it would take quite a bit of time to dig $2 in clad,,, Great find, WTG!!!
I found my first paper money a few months ago. It was a one dollar bill torn to shreds. I had to use a half roll of scotch tape to put it back together, but it spent... ;D
Continued Good luck, & Happy hunting~

I think I would glue the two bills together and tell everyone I found a 2 dollar bill.
