I've found a lot of arrowheads (found one today I'll post in just a minute). I've heard of people out west finding arrows. But this is the first time I've ever heard of someone finding a bow. Welll done.

Seriously, nice points. The translucent stuff is great.

Someone's bow got away from em...almost did that once.

How bout an in the hand pic of that last point...the one with ears.

It's easy to drop a bow....imagine this:

You just shot at a carp. You've probably got wet hands, you've got an arrow in the water...maybe even stuck through a fish. You are trying to hold the bow, wind up the line, keep from falling in, and maybe fight the fish....next thing you know it's all in the water. Or here's another one....you arrow gets tangled up in some brush, the boat is moving, and boom it's yanked out of your hand. I don't wear a wrist sling on my bowfishing rig for just that reason. Arrow gets hung up and all of a sudden you are being pulled in.

Maybe it was a world record sized carp that yanked it out of his hand? lol Nice finds Newt.
