Today's usual $100 in casino halves produced a 68-D! Yeah baby! Plus in my change from Pizza Hut I got a 1939 nickel. I love pocket change finds. No roll ripping required!

IMMY - How many casinos have .50 cent slots? Also do the $1 machines take real dollarsor just those fake ones?

Most casinos have 50 cent slots but they're coinless, yet for some reason the casino cages still stock rolls of halves. I think they're used a lot on the poker tables.

The dollar slots take tokens and are apparently calibrated to reject actual dollar coins. I asked the cage manager about that once a few years ago. I recently saw a woman loading a bucketful of dollar tokens into the jet sorter three or four at a time. Had the feeling she was looking for Ikes or Morgans.
