Hit a field me and RMBUTCHER hit a few weeks ago with no luck at all...I know now what are mistake was..we took our detectors with us!! First I find an 1859 IH laying right on the surface then less than 5 feet away an 1850 LC again right on the surface also dug up an 1888 IH and a copper coin?? It's larger than a LC but not perfectly round one side is toasted the other side all I can make out is a wreath going around it..but very faint..thanks alot HH
