A little bit more for the pile

Well, my gold streak got broken but it was fun while it lasted. I went out for one hunt and only managed a few coins since I got kicked out from the beach due to lightning. This is the following hunt which I didn’t do too bad, I ended up with $9+ in clad. I found a spot that was producing quarters so I slowed down and it paid off with a tiny .80 gram 14k pin. It’s not marked but tested positive for 14k. The 1937 coin is from Switzerland. My six months with equinox 800 is almost up so I’m trying to get as much yellow as I can. This detector has not disappointed me and it paid for itself already. If the wife isn’t hunting with me the 800 is my weapon of choice thanks for looking and happy hunting to all.

It’s a fun and easy machine to use. For the most part I’m still using the factory presets with a slight modification to the sound. Hope you find your fare share of goodies. Good luck.

I really like the coin too since collecting foreign currency is another hobby of mine. Metal detecting and coinstar hunting has increased my collection a bit
