A little help please?

I would like to start posting pictures but I don't know how to crop them. I've tried posting several times and my pix are too big. I read the testing section and it does say to crop, just not how to do it. Any advice?

I just right click the pic, then select edit, That takes me to a menu. Then click image, then stretch/skew. I take mine down to 30% on both dimensions. Then go to file. Click " save as". That's what works on yahoo. After that, when you hit the pic with your cursor, it should show smaller KB numbers.
