Hey again all! Got out to the Berg again for a while a few days ago. Nabbed 25 wheats, and the decent 1903 IH and 1935 buffalo from the wheatfield (and the marble, which is a cool one). Concentrated on one small area for an hour and dug every single signal. That's how the IH turned up. Sounded like a pulltab for some reason, but was only 1-2 inches.
Then today's hunt was back at the site where I found the bust half dime last weekend. Found another 1903 IH and then a 1938 merc and a few wheats when some people started showing up and I wanted to share the field so I only detected that area for about 45 mins tops. Pillaged a little clad near the fringes but doesn't seem like anything old would turn up there. There's plenty still there though.
