Decided to make a short run over lunch today to cash in rejects from the weekend and check if the banks I cleared out around Xmas had any more half dollars.

At my cash in bank, I asked to glance at what rolls the teller had since there was no line and the bank uses the clear plastic rolls from Brinks. Nothing silver but I did picked up 1 roll of pennies as it had a wheat on the end (1944) and 1 roll of nickels since I saw a reeded edge and wondered what country it was from. Turned out to be a 10 cent coin from the Cayman Islands (1996).

Then I stopped at the other 2 banks in the town.
The first bank had $2 in half dollars with one being a 1966. I also looked at the tellers $2 bills and picked up another Red Seal United States Note, 1963 this time.

The last bank had $1 in half dollars with one being a 1966.

Since I wasn't going to get to stop any where else to look for half dollars, I picked up a box each of pennies, nickels, and dimes with what cash I had on me.

The box of dimes produced only 2 Canadian dimes (1974, 1975).

The box of nickels was a little above average with 26 pre-1960 Jeffersons with one being a 1945-S war nickel.
Also got 4 Canadian nickels including a 1961 multi sided, 1979, 1982, and 1987.

The box of pennies was a little below average with 9 wheats
1 - 1941
1 - 1944-D
1 - 1945
1 - 1949-D
1 - 1953-D
1 - 1953-S
1 - 1955-D
1 - 1956-D
1 - 1957-D

7 Canadian pennies from 1971-2006.
And a 50 Groschen from Austria (1959).

So all told, not too bad.
10 wheat pennies
1 War nickel
25 other pre-1960 Jeffersons
2 - 40% Kennedys
2 Canadian dimes
4 Canadian nickels
7 Canadian pennies
1 Austrian coin
1 Cayman Islands coin
1 - 1963 $2 bill.
