Got out early this morning and hunted two middle school soccer fields . The first one didn't give up much , best find was a 1990 Kennedy half . Then I moved on to a school that has given up gold , silver and wheats the last few hunts :hello2: . Eagleforce ( Ryan ) meet up with me at this school . We hunted for awhile when I got a +32 at 5 inches . It was my 2nd silver war nickel for the year ! It's a beat up 1943P  . Then I got a 8-9 inch iffy high tone . It turned out to be another from this field :icon_thumright: . It's a toasted 1955D . Total clad for 3 1/2 hours was $12.08  .

I've never found a war nickel but to be honest I hardly ever find any nickels. I'm thinking I just haven't figured out exactly where they'll ring up on the Deus.

Nice find Glen!! Way to brave the heat! Tomorrow!!!

Nice silver! Congrats!

Rings seem to be lacking today all the way around. We'll find them next time!
