[River Rat]

Ian, it took me longer to mow the lawn today cause I kept stopping just to watch these birds. Now I know how they got that name, they just hover in the sky just like a kite, then they make a dive, swooping & zigzagging every which way. Looking @ google, I see they're only in the southern part of TX, LA, MS, AL, FL
