Heck why not- the fed is just printing the paper stuff all Willy nilly so why not up the amount of each coin and creat more bank for your buck

just keep stacking, just keep stacking, stacking stacking stacking

the only problem I see is some register workers at Mickey-D's
May not be able to multiply 10 x .25

some don't even know a Buffalo nickel or 2 dollar bill is real money

The pricing structure for items, especially at Walmart would have to be revamped because it would be extremely hard to cut a Cent into 10 equal parts to make small change.:nono::icon_scratch::laughing7:

Yes We would still be going back to the suggestion of Rounding everything Up

there would no longer be 1 Cent or 5 Cent coins

but those Zinclons & Nickels would be allot more inviting to detectorists :laughing7:

I vote dump the cent and $1 and $2 bills, bring in coins to replace the notes, and watch our clad finds fly through the roof!

I second the motion. I'd rather see higher denomination coins than 1000% revaluation.

Canada....no penny, no 1 or 2 dollar bill....loonies and toonies...seems to work for them just fine ...and plastic bills too, not paper

Yeah, as long as they don't make them out of some steel alloy. Those are not sounds I want to hear in my headphones!

Yea I just got back from Canada I really like the way there money is set up. Its funny how hard our $2 bill has failed but there twoonie is going strong. Still trying to figure out how strippers get dollars? Also don't leave there bills in you're pocket if when you was you're clothes. They melt together. Still it stops couterfiets of think. Even though I think I know a way to fake a Canadian bill. Let's not worry about there coins let's worry about getting Tim Horton's and putings onto the states!

No pennies was also very lovely. The person I was visiting had ziploc bags full of them though.

and face it...wouldn't you rather find one and two dollar coins on the beach with your detectors rather than all those pennies and quarters?

Not if they sound like steel I don't....

Yeah, BUT what about coin roll hunting? 5 grand for a box of halves? No way, lol

So if this actually happened I'd be rich? I have a ton of cents and dimes and quarters atm

Let's not even get started about my cup holders

If they ever did this it'd be hell for banks I mean they'd have to ban buying boxes till the new coin thing was in force.
