I believe the guitarist is Bruce Kulick, he has been involved with Kiss & Gene Simmons for many years. He does kinda look like Joe Perry though. Gene has been involved with programs that benefit veterans for a long time now...........he regularly visits wounded vets & shows his gratitude for their service.

Well I could be wrong but Bruce Kulick & Eric Carr played in Kiss with Gene & Paul in the 90's after they got rid of the makeup, did a couple albums. Ace & Peter rejoined Kiss for a couple reunion tours (in makeup) because they needed money & now I believe Bruce tours with them wearing Ace's makeup. Im pretty sure thats Bruce playing guitar but Ive been wrong so many times before........

I believe it is Tommy Thayer in the video who now sports the 'Spaceman' costume when Ace left.
Tommy does indeed resemble the 'toxic twin'.
