My goal today was to hit as many locations possible, without my arm falling off. First location is a rather odd one, while didn't find much of anything, definitely an interesting place that I will not return too (see pictures) That being said, while today wasn't a banner day for me. I did find a rather odd piece in which I got a gold hit on (see arrow). Found plenty of bank sinkers and lead blobs which saves me money when I start tossing the St. Croix rod and Avet reel for my line sided friends (hopefully soon!). Hit a location that was used from 1720-1940, unfortunately due to the permafrost, it limited my effort, grabbed this harmonica (reed still intact) and this 4 leaf clover, which is old due to the purple hue and the minerals in the soil and the process of making it. However, tomorrow I have permission to hit a farm field in central Jersey which is completely melted (Yes!).
Enjoy!
