ace 150 finds?

hi im nick from mi. im new here. i got an ace 150 in oct 07. i am having a great time mding found some cool places old and new. i have found a few relics an old wrench, gears to a clock?, nothing interesting but fun to dig. what i have found is pennys 1979-1981 about 40 - 50 of them in diffrent locations no Wheaties. i found 1 quarter 1992, 4 dimes 1988-1998 no silver, i have not found any nickels but enough pulltabs to sell for weight. any idea why i mostly find pennys and junk? its fun but would like to find something else also what do you do if you find abandoned house but a no trespass sign who would you ask for permission to hunt built in 1860-1870 in macomb co.

Congrats on the finds so far. You should be able to go to the county courthouse and research and find who owns the property. Someone is paying property tax I'll bet. Call them and ask. Do not tresspass. Good luck and HH Steve.
