Just got my first metal detector the garrett ace 250. Found a 1951 wheatie - a 1966 penny - a penny I couldn't read the date. Not to bad for only having a grass patch 2' x 10' since we still have tons of snow on the ground.

Got out again today. Went to the softball complex gravel parking lot. Found a 1982 quarter - 2 dimes - 5 pennies all within 30 minutes. Also found a pull tab and 3 beer cans. Hope to hit it some more.
