Can anyone help with reading the mughul inscription on the obverse of the Admiral Gardner 1808 coins?

Hope this helps

On January 25, 1809, the Admiral Gardner encountered a heavy storm in the English Channel and was subsequently swept onto the rocks and sank with several lives lost. Part of the coin cargo was salvaged from the ocean floor just a few years ago.

These exceptional quality coins, which of course were uncirculated on their maiden voyage shows the coat of arms of the British East India Company on one side with the reverse depicting a Persian inscription translating to "10 cash are 2 Fulus". These coins represent a wonderful find of genuine shipwrecked pieces.

Marketing companies hype this coin with COAs and flowery dialogue.
Their coins will set you back about $20; elsewhere, they can be picked up between $3 and $12.
