Wow. The dude didn't even appear to be conscious. I mean, I get putting the cuffs on, but not even a cursory check to see if he's breathing first? Yeah, I know, I wasn't there, can't see what he saw, etc. But still.

Also glad the driverless truck managed to stop itself in the median without causing a major accident.

I watched a video of a active military guy torching himself.
So the guy is crispy and this cop runs up and pulls the sidearm.
Meanwhile all the others are emptying the fire extinguishers trying to put him out.

the cop kept saying 'stay with me' so I'm guessing he was moaning & In & Out of consciousness
