After yesterday's hunt, I just needed to clad out a bit
I haven't given up on my field hunting but sometimes, we just need to go to our happy place. Ya know?
So, I went to a favorite park where clad is always multiplying.
Spent about the same amount of time here today
as I did in the field yesterday. Nothing of much value, but, my oh my was it ever more enjoyable!
Ahhhhhh! Now that was better!
Blingie is sporting his newest. The little crookedity ringy thingy. I think it's either copper or brass. Rang up at 53.
Next is one of those finds one gets every now and then that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand on end, for a bit.
Usually, it turns out to not be worth a hill of beans. But, they are SOOOO much fun to find!!
I got a solid 68 hit and said, can slaw. Dug anyway:
I haven't bothered testing the "stones" as of yet. Not expecting anything anyway.
It is just so neat to find this pretty much intact. They're all still there! I don't know what they are but
ya know, they really look pretty nice. This pendant must have really been pretty when new. Not even sure
how old. Just kinda like the craftsmanship.
Pretty neat, huh. Especially after yesterday's debacle. LOL
When my ride showed up:
It looked so small and cramped, I said no thanks, I'll walk.
