Age on this pendant?

Found a while ago just cleaned it.. Its weird, its like silver on top, then a brass/gold plating behind it.... IMO it has a 17th-18th century style to it.... No hall mark/makers mark which is odd, is it before the time of makers marks Lol?

to me, this piece has 20th century construction and a design that looks very late Art Nouveau as well as very early Art Deco period. my opinion is that it dates somewhere 1915-1920

Might be worth mentioning - i remembered that when i first found it, there was a broken shell in the middle of it
