Here is the silver I have been lucky enough to find with the Bounty Hunter 3300 dating back to late November 2012 when I first started detecting.
I work 6 days a week, so Sundays is the only whole day I can detect. I split the Sundays 50/50 with with the wife to go fishing this time of year and I get a few hours after work in when the weather lets me.
All of the silver in the pic, with the exception of the odd football shaped piece I found on an old property, have been found on two local schools..the most being from my old high school. I have them marked as "1st" "2nd", etc to show the order in which they were found.
Also found is a total of 30 old and new matchbox/tootsie toy cars, $145 in clad, about $25 of scrap copper and brass, a WW1 era US Army enlisted collar badge, and 25 wheat pennies, the oldest being a 1913.
Here are what the VDI numbers showed on each:
RINGS:
1st: 78 - 2-3 Inches
2nd: 89 - 2-3 Inches
3rd: 88 @ 2-3 Inches
4th: 100 @ 1-2 Inches
COINS:
1st: 105-109 @ 2"
2nd: 108-115 @ 4"
3rd: 97-100 @ 2"
Disney Piece: 82 @ 3"
Oval "P" marked piece: 99 @ 1"
Now..if someone here would loan me a e-trac to make sure I didn't miss any deeper targets
