I sold on Amazon about 8 years ago... Then went to were i am now on ebay... But i think i will go back to Amazon..

What's the $40 per month about?

An Amazon pro merchant account is $39.99 a month. Without it, they charge you $1.00 on top of other fees per transaction if I remember correctly. If you sell more than 40 items per month you should use a pro merchant account.

wow Famous Turtle, where do you get your games?

Garage sales, thrift stores, craigslist.

You also need to take condition into account. Thrift stores don't take condition into account hardly at all. This can be a good thing and a bad thing.

I usually put NEW stuff on amazon, and used stuff on Ebay. The amazon stuff can sit for a while, but when it sells, it has a much higher mark-up. I have an APC Back up battery pack I got at a garage sale for $10... The thing is still sealed in its new box. If I sold it on Ebay, I would get $75 to $100. On Amazon, the lowest price (before mine) was $169. I priced mine at $149. If it doesn't sell this week, I may list it on Ebay and go for the Xmas rush. Bid starting at $74.99, BIN for $149.99 plus $24 shipping.
