Amber Abbotts milk

I have been looking for information about this bottle on the web, but can't seem to find any. I think its from the 50's, I was told they did not do many in amber is this true?

I don't know anything about rarity or value, but Borden's put out an amber bottle in the 50's, so your timeline is about right

Our local dairy used amber bottles for a while in the 50's. It was to protect the milk from the suns rays. It was delivered to the front porch. Ours was always brought in before the sun came up anyway.
