Over the holidays, I was checking out eBay, and I noticed that ICG Am. Eagles (PR70) were going for less than $1.00. I used to be a dealer for ICG, so I'm wondering, "What is up with ICG?"
As I'm browsing thru one of my coin mags, and I see a couple of articles about ANACS and ICG. Their bottom line was that ANACS stole nearly the entire staff of ICG.
