✅ SOLVED "Anchor Brand" suspender strap / buckle

Hi, found this in North Central PA, was wondering if someone could give a rough date and or know if it was military related (because of the anchor emblem). It's 1.8" long by 1.4" wide. Google was of no help for me on this. Thanks.
