I can't find these buttons anywhere. The anchor is on the concave side. Do you know the age of these buttons? Are they military? Sorry i messed up the pics

I can't find anything about it. The domed back is on top pics. Found IH near these buttons. Can you date them? Are they uniform. I found the small one on eby but it doesn't have information.
